Beautifully set in one of Old Torquay’s most sought-after locations, the cosy residence backs directly onto Deep Creek reserve with access to the public playground along the nature walk to the beach from the private and sheltered back yard and is only 500 metres to the beach, a short 2-minute drive or short walk to Torquay main street with an abundance of cafes, restaurant, supermarkets and shops, making it a fantastic holiday choice for the weekend getaway or extended stay.

This property also comes with split system heating and cooling, portable heaters as well as Wi-Fi for all guests to enjoy during their stay. The property is also pet friendly (small breeds only and subject to owner approval).

  This home was in a great location, easy walking distance to the beach. Fully enclosed yard with carport, and a deck overlooking the reserve at the rear of the property. Comfortable beds and couches in the lounge room - one couch being a sofa bed. Property was well maintained and had everything we needed for our weeks holiday.

  The owners of Surf Coast Getaway are extremely kind, thoughtful people, who go out of their way to make you feel comfortable and at home. Nothing is a bother to them and made our stay and move to Victoria much easier. The house was inviting and had everything, even all the essentials. Not only that, but flowers on arrival and if anything went wrong, they fixed and helped immediately. It’s really nice to meet such lovely people and feel so welcomed.

  in general was ok smoke alarm malfunctioned first night so got of to bad start and then started picking on poor old cottage didn't stay 4 nights only because of smoke alarm left Saturday

  Whilst you could possibly walk to the town centre from the property in spring and summer, it is too far away to do so in the cooler months. The outside of the property is quite run down and needs significant maintenance. The bedding and towels were clean and the beds comfortable. The bathroom was clean however the kitchen and bathroom is very dated. The furniture is old and worn. The property had a damp, stale smell when we walked in. There is insufficient external lighting to the property and we had to use our phones in order to see our way to the entrance of the home.
