Welcome to Casablanca, a double-storey townhouse perfectly positioned in the heart of Torquay and just a short stroll to Whites Beach. Casablanca is a pet-friendly townhouse that blends comfort, convenience, and coastal charm. Renowned for its spotless presentation, this beautiful retreat is perfect for families or groups, comfortably accommodating up to seven guests with the option of a trundle bed in the master bedroom.

Wake up early to catch the tranquil sunrise from the upstairs balcony, or unwind in the evening with the gentle sound of waves as your backdrop – a glass of wine or a good book in hand makes it even more special. With Torquay’s vibrant restaurants and cafés only a 20-minute stroll away, your holiday is as relaxed and effortless as it gets.

The ground floor is designed with rest and relaxation in mind. Here you’ll find three comfortable bedrooms, each fitted with Smart TVs, heating panels, and built-in robes. The master bedroom includes a queen bed and a handy trundle, the second has another queen, while the third features a tri-bunk with a single above a double bed—perfect for kids or friends sharing. Families are also catered for with a porta cot available. The central bathroom comes complete with a bath, shower, and separate toilet, while an outdoor shower is ideal for rinsing off sandy feet after a day at the beach.

Upstairs, the heart of the home opens up to a light-filled living and dining space. The lounge is cosy and welcoming, with a Smart TV and plenty of room to unwind. The adjoining dining area comfortably seats eight, creating the perfect spot for shared meals or game nights. The fully equipped kitchen makes cooking a breeze, with modern appliances including a cooktop, oven and microwave, plus thoughtful touches like a toaster, Pod coffee machine, kettle, cutlery, glassware, cookware, and pantry basics such as salt, pepper, oil, and tea.

Flowing out from the living space, the upstairs balcony provides the perfect place to start or end your day. Enjoy the gentle sea breeze and soak up the atmosphere as you sip your morning coffee or relax in the evening with a glass of wine, accompanied by the distant sound of waves.

A fully fenced yard makes it easy to bring along your four-legged friend, while the outdoor entertaining area offers comfortable seating and a gas BBQ—ideal for relaxed summer dinners.

Additional comforts include free WiFi, split system air conditioning upstairs, and a fully equipped laundry with a washer/dryer and clothesline. For convenience, there’s also a powder room on the second level. The carport is available for guest use, tand plenty of street parking.

Please be advised that full linen is supplied at this property. Beach towels are not supplied.

    We had a lovely stay (pity about the rain). The house was close to all amenities and a lovely walk to the beach! My only recommendation was maybe to have a streaming service available rather than DVD's (we may have just missed how to use it if it was there?) Otherwise it was a great stay.

    A great venue for a getaway in Torquay. If you are looking for accommodation about 10 -15 minutes walk from the centre of town, close to Whites Beach that has a relaxed feel this is the place for you. Wonderful from the balcony of the sunrise and sunset to cap off a great five day holiday. We will be happy to book again.

    Very clean with everything you need although the beds were a little uncomfortable. It would be great to have a table and chairs set up outside downstairs so you can enjoy the afternoon sun, as the deck is mainly in the shade, and quite windy, by the afternoon. Close enough to the beach although quite a walk to shops and restaurants. But overall a good place to stay.
